Well folks we literally came back and jumped right in.
But some how I managed to act like I was on vacation even though we weren't.
I didn't work out. I haven't worked out for 2 weeks.
Today was the day to get my hiney back in gear. I went on Jillian last night and upped
my entire workout. I didn't feel like I was getting enough of a workout. I have been doing her workouts from the end of December {well off and on anyway} and felt like now was the time to up everything on hard and go from there. It isn't so much as how long I'm working out, but hard much of a workout I can get in the 30 minute time frame. I finished and came and sat down on here to type. I am already sore! LOL. But sore is a good thing.
I also just found out that my gram is back in the hospital. For the very same thing. My brother thinks it was because she wasn't doing her breathing treatments and still smoking.
Bless her heart. She is with my aunt and her family in TN. If you wouldn't mind keeping her in your prayers I would appreciate it a lot. {And yeah that's a really old photo of me and my gram, but I like it}.
A&I went girlie shopping today. We had a good time, with the exception I had to speak to her about her attitude. I ain't gonna lie.. The girl gives the tude so much now and it's over the most stupid stuff... We were shopping for me. I need to find business causal clothes. I have a class that I have to take the 6th for work and we're not allowed to wear jeans. So that meant I needed to go shopping because jeans are all I own. Unless of course we're talking really dressy and well I am not about to sit in dressy all day long. The class is over 8 hours. ICK. So we head to my favorite store of course, Penny's! Let me just share that A's attitude stemmed from that fact that she couldn't look through the clothing I was trying on to see how it actually looked on me. She was stuck with the fact that she'd never wear it herself. So because of that, she wasn't "into" what I was trying on. She was into dresses that she might like. And the funniest part? I tried on this outfit in one sitting room and we agreed on it, only to go into another sitting room to try on something else and she then tells me she doesn't like the outfit we thought looked okay!! LOL. And seriously... I had to lecture her right then and there. SIGH. That it wasn't about her, it was about me finding something business casual for work and my class. That even if she would never ever wear it, I needed her to give me her honest opinion on how it looked on me as well as helping me find something. But she was self absorbed, which is normal for an almost 13 year old. I get that. But she wasn't helping and I wasn't leaving the store without something. It took a bit for her to realize where I was coming from and for it to sink it, but it did. And then I had to drop the hint and smartness that any time I go shopping and we go together that if she could just step outside of herself and be helpful that 9 times outta 10, she'd score something too. So she stepped in and was really helpful.
Bless her heart, even if she didn't like it she tried to look through it and see it for being on me! LOL. Thankfully, I did find something. A lot of something's! And of course so did she! All in all it was a fun day! I like being with Alyssa and I believe she likes being with me! Here is what we scored. There was another shirt, but I cannot find that one online and the grey one with the flowers I got before we left for Disney but I wanted to show that too! The last two dresses are the one's A got {for her birthday}. The white dress is something I just picked up! But I did get the outfit I'll wear for the class, which is nice. So as we stood in the dressing room while I was lecturing Alyssa, I said a silent prayer for the Lord to work in this area of A's life, the attitudeness one...
Then we came home and D, A, & myself went to the movies to see this.

Can I just say that this was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Yeah, I know it's a kid movie but I LOVED it!!! I simply loved everything about it from the characters to the plot. I thought it was a fantastic movie! If you haven't seen it, you should. It's that good! I loved it! Did I mention that yet? LOL. We didn't see it in 3-D which was nice. I am not impressed with a lot of 3-D movies out there these days.
After the movie we came home and walked the dogs. It was rather chilly out, but we are committed to walking them daily since our new find! They were chilly too so we didn't walk as far. But it sure is nice to walk our dogs and have it be a "normal" walk! LOL.
This week I have to work the early AM shift. I am excited about getting off at 12 daily, but could you pray for me? I don't normally sleep well when I have to work the early AM shift. I would appreciate that a lot.
Okay so I'm off to do chores and then hang with the fam before we all hit the hay!
Enjoy your family and ensure that you not only tell them that you love them, but you show them too!

We saw that movie too! We loved it! Sorry to hear about your G'ma. I will be praying for her.
awww...E, you, your granny, and A's tude will be in my prayers. I've been getting a LOT of it from my son...of all peeps. I had to sit him down today and speak straight out. I'm getting to the point to IDK what to do with him and told him about what I went through with my own mom and how she handled us. I hope it sticks. I see him trying to work on it.

Hi-ya, E! You should have seen it in 3-d! The movie is getting great ratings for the 3-d effects which were just awesome. Yes, I loved the movie and thought it fantastic for an “animated feature” but my husband hasn’t stopped talking about it...He liked it that much ;)
