I always find it so amazing how things, obstacles get in your way when you are trying to do right. Or good. Or being a good steward. Like the devil is trying to thwart plans! There are some hitches with going to Disney. We are in prayer that we will actually be able to go in March. We haven't said anything to A yet, but are so very prayerful that the doors will stay open but to be resigned if they close but go at a later time...
Right now we are trying to change our tickets because I bought them for us to fly in May-June time frame thinking D was going to be coming home from deployment in May. Now that he is actually going to be leaving in May, going to Disney then doesn't work... So I bought insurance thinking that if we'd have to change the dates that we'd be safe. Turns out, no. There is a 150 buck fee for each ticket to change, and another 50 fee for each person as well. That is only one set of tickets! The next set is the same price. So overall it would cost us 1600 to change them. Yes, that is seriously steep just to change tickets seeing as how I only paid 350 for us each.... And the worst part? We had a change in plans and weren't going to go to St. Pete after Disney and drive there... But turns out, that we can cancel the tickets however, we cannot get our money back we can only get a voucher. WHAT A MESS. So even though its stressful, we are going to pray that it all works out. We think when we call, we might be able to get out of it because D is really deploying and so we have to change the tickets. We shall see. If you could say a little prayer for us over this, I would appreciate it!

Can you believe I pumped out 4 cards? LOL! I was on a roll that's for sure! It always amazes me when I go this sort of thing! My fav cards are the new home one and the fall one!Grateful list this week is:
1. Laughter with friends!
2. Mail! Getting a really great fun package from AC totally rocked! Can't wait to share!
3. Making it an entire week of working out!
4. Talking with a bloggy friend who is going to help me go Ah Ha! :)
5. Being a mom!
6. The tuggin' at my heart from the Lord to be content in all things.

7. New photos.
8. Sleep. I used to think it was a waste of time, believe that! But now? I am thankful of sleep and being able to sleep.
9. A wedding {vow renewal} in June 2011. We talked a lot about it the other night and decided to go with June!
10. Oil Olay. That stuff is like Heaven in a small little container and I faithfully use it in the AM&PM.

I lasted 2 weeks. That's right. I fought the good fight! I buckled on the 12th. You see it started a work. I fought the urge and ate some oatmeal with splenda in it. Came home to a wonderful soup I had in the crock pot. D served us up and asked me if I wanted a piece of bread. I said, no thanks not today. He gave me a look {that's being married 14 years and being so in tune I tell ya!} and instantly knew what I was thinking, so he didn't have any bread either. We ate our soup all the while laughing. Dropped A and her friend off at youth group and headed to the mall. Do you know what's at the mall? Cinnabon. That's right. a warm delicious gooey ooey Cinnabon. D asked me if I wanted to share. My answer? No. Get your own! And there you have it. 2 weeks, I lasted. But then the very next day I jumped back on it, so I call this a PMS-induced slip. That's why we're given tomorrow's so we can start today fresh! :)
Dayv is leaving this weekend for a trip to Hawaii! Nice huh? I'd rather him not go, but you know that's the military way of life! At least its only a weekend. Please pray for his safety. So the weekend with just A&I! That means a girlie weekend is planned! Total fun!

I'm praying that the airlines work with you, they can be so darn annoying at times! Be sure though, to get your Disney tickets through ITT, they are doing military deals.

I will say some prayers that all your plans work out for Disney! I am appauled that they charge those insane charges for cancelling even with insurance! What's the point of getting the insurance in the first place if the charges are that outrageous?! Wow. I do pray it all works out for you guys! You deserve this trip to Disney with your family!
